I did the potential energy gizmo. I learned that potential energy is equal to force x distance, and that gravitational potential energy is equal to weight x height. Starting potential energy is equal to kinetic energy when an object falling is about to hit the ground. Also, the weight of an object, as well as vertical position affects the potential energy of any object.

I have discovered that the potential energy is equal to force X distance while the gravitational potential energy (GPE) is equal to weight X height. Also, an object at the floor has a potential energy of 0.

In the pendulum, when the ball is at its highest points the velocity is 0. The velocity is at its highest when the ball is at its lowest point.
